Most commonly among all malignancies, KRAS is mutated in PDAC tissue (66% according to the Catalogue of Somatic Mutations in Cancer, COSMIC [27], or 90% according to this study and similar recent studies, e.g., [4,28,29]); furthermore, KRAS mutations are common in colorectal tumors (33%) and lung cancer (16%) [27].
