Interestingly, recent studies have shown that CUR inhibits the Hh pathway in several other cancers, such as breast cancer, gastric cancer, and medulloblastoma, by downregulating the expression of SHh, PTCH1, and GLI1/GLI2, leading to reduced cell proliferation, invasion, and migration [33,34,35]. This evidence concerns the gene GLI2 and breast carcinoma.
