According to the controversial studies on TIM-3 and due to the lack of rigorous studies on the TIM-3 expression in B-ALL, the current study aimed to measure the expression of TIM-3 at the gene and protein levels in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with B-ALL categorized as newly diagnosed, in remission, and relapse/refractory compared to healthy controls. Here, HAVCR2 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
