Consistent with current models that describe LCLs as phenotypically similar to AIDS-associated DLBCLs [2,56] as well as post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) that can occur in immunocompromised transplant patients [57], the DLBCL and LCL Ago interactomes were found to be the most similar (Figure 1D).
