Despite these advancements in the management of papillary craniopharyngiomas, limited progress has been made in the management of adamantinomatous craniopharyngiomas, where a range of different molecular therapies have been employed (anti-EGFR, anti-IL6 and anti-VEGF) with heterogenous results [53,54,55].
