The neoadjuvant use of BRAFi was performed after a biopsy for histological confirmation of papillary craniopharyngioma and BRAF mutation in all the cases [17,20,27,35], while in one case surgery was refused by the patient and the treatment was started based on the empirical diagnosis of papillary craniopharyngioma on the cerebral MRI [24]. Here, BRAF is linked to Papillary Craniopharyngioma.
