This showed that CCL21 is highly produced and secreted in the tumor brain (mean intensity of 14,183.38 ± 775.56 for the tumor brain versus 7682.11 ± 773.18 for the normal brain, p < 0.001, Figure 1A), which is consistent with the immunohistochemistry staining of CCL21 protein expression in GL261-bearing brain and normal brain tissue (Figure 1B).
