Compared with those in saline normal controls, the levels of Syt6 and TLR4 were significantly increased by 164.19% and 85.55%, respectively, and TH and Slc6a3 were significantly decreased by 41.08% and 45.97% in the PD mouse brain, respectively, while rTMS therapy reversed these changes (P < 0.0001 for Syt6, TLR4, TH and Slc6a3; Fig. 3A-E).
