In our analysis of up-regulated enrichment, we observed a significant involvement of these key genes in the anti-tumor immune response, such as: the activation, regulation, and proliferation of B cells, T cells, and macrophages; induction of tumor immunity by MHC-I/II molecules and inhibition of tumor cell proliferation by such molecules; PD-1/PD-L1 can be employed to elicit immune cell activation within tumor sites, thereby fostering anti-tumor immune responses. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and neoplasm.
