On univariable analysis, baseline factors found to correlate with early death were CPS (OR 0.47, p < 0.001), serum albumin (OR 1.16, p < 0.001), total bilirubin (OR 0.97, p = 0.001), presence of ascites (OR 0.24, p = 0.001), GTV (OR 0.93, p = 0.011), presence of extrahepatic disease (OR 0.42, p = 0.015), previous liver resection (OR 6.41, p = 0.013), and primary colorectal carcinoma (OR 3.25, p = 0.021).
