NFE2L2 and mastitis: Xu et al. found that SCHA inhibits the LPS-induced inflammatory response by triggering the NRF2 signaling pathway and induces autophagy by inhibiting the mTOR signaling pathway and triggering the AMPK-ULK1 signaling pathway, thus reducing the level of proinflammatory mediators and damage to the mammary gland and ultimately suppressing LPS-induced mastitis in mice.
