To further test whether the enzyme activity of DGAT2 is required for LD formation [30], we introduced DGAT2-C3A-FLAG (with 3 key enzyme active sites mutated: C87A/C96A/C312A) into DGAT2KD cells (Fig. S5B) and detected changes in LDs upon ZIKV infection.
