To delve deeper into the expression profile of EVI2A specifically in KIRC, we curated a cohort comprising 922 KIRC patients from TCGA (comprising 72 normal tissue samples and 541 tumor tissue samples) and GEO datasets (including GSE 53000 with six normal tissue samples and 56 tumor tissue samples, GSE5375 with 72 normal tissue samples and 72 tumor tissue samples, GSE66272 with 27 normal tissue samples and 27 tumor tissue samples, and GSE68417 with 20 normal tissue samples and 29 tumor tissue samples). This evidence concerns the gene EVI2A and neoplasm.
