Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression modeling revealed a strong association of 3-MIA factors with all-cause death and MACCE, even after adjusting for relevant factors, such as age, sex (male), dyslipidemia, CKD, statin, LVEF, and renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system inhibitor (all-cause death, model 3: HR 3.46, 95% CI 1.89–6.34, p < 0.001; and MACCE, model 4: HR 2.91, 95% CI 1.62–5.22, p < 0.001, respectively) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene REN and chronic kidney disease.
