IL10 and periodontitis: No significant difference (p  > 0.05) in the salivary level of IL-10 was found between the stable periodontitis group (317.04 ± 59.8 pg/ml) and healthy control group (360.7 ± 80.5 pg/ml), as shown in Figure 1B. The ratio between the above-mentioned biomarkers was found to be significantly different among the groups (p  < 0.001); higher in unstable periodontitis group followed by stable periodontitis and healthy control groups (Figure 1C).
