The analysis showed that metabolism-related pathways were mainly concentrated in steroid biosynthesis, while inflammation and oxidative stress-related pathways were enriched in lipid and atherosclerosis, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C. Signal transduction pathways included key pathways such as the p53 signaling pathway and the MAPK signaling pathway (p < 0.05, Figure 6F). Here, TP53 is linked to atherosclerosis.
