Our analysis revealed a positive association between MAP3K1 expression and the enrichment of Th2 cells, T helper cells, macrophages, eosinophils, activated dendritic cells (aDCs), and neutrophils within the glioma microenvironment.; MAP3K1 had strong negative correlations with CD8+ T cells, T follicular helper (TFH) cells, DCs, mast cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), pDCs, and natural killer (NK) CD56bright cells in glioma (Figure S1A,B). The gene discussed is MAP3K1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
