In contrast, significant CD63 and CD9 fluorescence was detected in serum samples from pancreatic cancer patients that had confirmed high serum levels of CD63 and CD9 in F16‐F18 (Figure 5a, enlargement window 5b), indicating the successful labelling of respective CD63‐ and CD9‐ positive EVs fluorescent‐linked S6‐FPLC in human serum samples. This evidence concerns the gene CD9 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
