Meanwhile, lower rates of testing have been observed for EGFR, ROS1, NGS, and any genetic testing among non-White patients with NSCLC (3, 10–13), but other studies have found no racial or ethnic differences for EGFR, ALK, or NGS testing in this patient population (22, 23), including our own study demonstrating no differences in testing between NH Black and NH White patients with NSCLC. This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
