Then we analyzed the correlation between immune checkpoint and CCT6A in CRC datasets, and the results showed that CCT6A was positively correlated with immune checkpoints TNFSF18, CD44, TNFSF4, while negatively correlated with TNFSF14, CD27, LGALS9 (Supplementary Figure 2E and F). Here, LGALS9 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
