Analysis of TCGA samples in the UALCAN database showed that in normal tissues, P53-mutant and P53-nonmutant tumor tissues, CCT6A transcript levels were the highest in the P53 mutant group, and both were higher than normal tissues, suggesting that CCT6A levels were positively correlated with P53 mutation status (Figure 5D and E). This evidence concerns the gene CCT6A and neoplasm.
