Initially, univariate logistic regression scrutinized potential risk factors for LNM in gastric cancer, revealing that tumor location (OR=8.75, P=0.036), Borrmann type (OR=4.65, P<0.001), maximum tumor diameter (OR=1.34, P<0.001), depth of tumor invasion (OR=6.07, P<0.001), vascular invasion (OR=4.25, P<0.001), length of hospital stay (OR=1.02, P=0.029), absolute monocyte count (OR=2.72, P=0.02), HCT (OR=0.98, P<0.001), LMR (OR=0.92, P=0.017), PNI (OR=0.98, P=0.049), albumin (OR=0.96, P=0.015), A/G (OR=0.43, P=0.004) were significant contributors (Table 2).
