The relative higher expression of PPP2CA (HR 0.55 [0.45–0.67], p = 1.2e−09), EGFR (HR:1.73 [1.4–2.14], p = 2.7e−07), CDKN2A (HR:1.35 [1.08–1.7], p = 9.2e−2), MAPK1 (HR:0.81[0.68–0.96], p = 1.6e−2) HSP90AA1 (HR 0.77[0.62–0.96], p = 1.8e−2) and HPSP4 (HR:0.77[0.62–0.96], p = 1.8e−2) was related with a worse situation in OS analysis in gastric cancer patients, whereas ATM (HR:0.84 [0.69–1.01], p = 6.7e−2) CDC20 (HR:1.09 [0.9–1.32], p = 3.8e−3) had no significant hazard value (p > 0.05) (Figure 8A–H). Here, MAPK1 is linked to gastric cancer.
