The result of inverse variance weighted method indicated that CD4-CD8- T cell absolute count (odds ratio [OR] = 1.212, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.101–1.334, P = 8.22e-5, PFDR = 0.060) increased the risk of gout, and the other 4 methods also indicated it was a risk factor. Here, CD4 is linked to gout.
