These pathways are all known to be involved in the regulation of cardiac function, and their modulation by GXST may contribute to its therapeutic effects in HF.[39] Liu et al found that GXST treated pathologic heart hypertrophy through the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.[40] Our study further expands on these findings by pinpointing specific molecular interactions and pathways regulated by GXST, thereby elucidating the role of GXST in HF therapy. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and hydrops fetalis.
