In order to investigate the strategies employed by B. pseudomallei to evade Rab32-positive vesicles, we performed comparative transcriptomic analyses between B. pseudomallei cultured in vitro (in vitro B. ps) and during intracellular infection (intracellular B. ps) to obtain a global view of virulence factors involved in B. pseudomallei infection. This evidence concerns the gene RAB32 and infection.
