TREM2 immunohistochemistry and [64Cu]Cu‐NODAGA-14D3 autoradiography co-localized in adjacent sections, with enriched binding in the cortex but not in the subcortical white matter of the brain sections (Figure 7A), suggesting high regional TREM2 expression associated with AD pathology, including Aβ plaque and Tau protein (Figure S12).
