We found that 28% of NG2-tdT+ cells were Sox2+ i-NSCs at the site of stroke injury at 3 days post-injury (dpi), while only 10% of NG2-tdT+ cells were Sox2+ i-NSCs at 1 dpi (Figure 3B-C and Figure S6A-B). The gene discussed is CSPG4; the disease is Stroke.
