The risk factors for RA with diabetes included decreased PLR levels (OR:0.997, 95% CI: 0.994–1, p<0.05), ALB (OR:0.881, 95% CI: 0.819–0.946, p<0.01), increased NLR levels (OR:1.139, 95% CI: 1.014–1.281, p<0.05), fewer Th2 (OR:0.902, 95% CI: 0.837–0.971, p<0.01) and Treg cells (OR:0.978, 95% CI: 0.957–0.999, p<0.05), increased combined hypertension (OR:1.984, 95% CI: 1.177–3.345, p<0.05), and family history of diabetes (OR:3.923, 95% CI: 1.989–7.736, p<0.001). Here, ALB is linked to diabetes mellitus.
