CD8A and rheumatoid arthritis: Compared with healthy controls, the absolute numbers of B, CD8+ T and NK cells in RA-N-DM patients (Z=−2.967, p<0.01; Z=−2.23, p<0.05; Z=−4.194, p<0.001) and RA-DM patients (Z=−3.705, p<0.001; Z=−3.682, p<0.001; Z=−3.053, p<0.01) were significantly reduced, while the proportions of these did not differ significantly (p>0.05).
