Expression levels of p-AKT and p-mTOR were increased upon ATP5A1 upregulation, and importantly, the inhibition of phosphorylation levels of biomarkers within the mTOR pathway in HSPD1 knockdown osteosarcoma cells was partially reversed by exogenous expression of ATP5A1 (Figure 11A-B).
