RBBP4 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Based on the above-described experiments, we investigated whether miR-6794-3p could be involved in regulating the invasion, migration, and EMT of pancreatic cancer cells via changes in RBBP4. Indeed, we found that the miR-6794-3p mimic inhibited the invasion, migration, and EMT signaling of MIA-PaCa-2 cells by suppressing RBBP4 expression (Figure 3A, C, E), whereas the miR-6794-3p inhibitor increased these metastasis-related parameters in HPAF-II cells via upregulation of RBBP4 (Figure 3B, D, F).
