Our experiments designed to determine whether miR-6794-3p-regulated RBBP4 participates in nucleosome remodeling revealed that the miR-6794-3p-mediated suppression of RBBP4 effectively inhibited H3K27 acetylation in pancreatic cancer cells (Figure 5A-F). The gene discussed is RBBP4; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
