Other adverse events included glossitis (Table 2, case 8), hypokalemia (K 2.9 mM), open fracture of the distal end of the right radius due to staggering (treated with open reduction and internal fixation) (Table 2, case 10), and liver dysfunction and hypokalemia (K 3.4 mM, aspartate transaminase 42 U/L, alanine transaminase 43 U/L, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase 38 U/L) (Table 2, case 11). This evidence concerns the gene GGTLC1 and Decreased liver function.
