Noting that histologically angiocentric patterns were identified in multiple methylation subclasses of MYB(L1)-altered gliomas, this finding could suggest that perivascular cell arrangements (and the QKI fusion partner) are not restricted to angiocentric gliomas, but potentially found in other methylation subclasses of the MYB(L1)-altered gliomas as well.
