Currently, Boswellia frereana, a drug, has been reported to target the HGF/c-Met signaling pathway to inhibit the biological behavior of TNBC cells such as migration, adhesion and angiogenesis [37].Recent studies have shown that radiation can activate the HGF/C-met signaling pathway, and that high expression of HGF and c-Met is associated with worse recurrence-free survival in breast cancer patients receiving radiotherapy [38]. The gene discussed is HGF; the disease is breast cancer.
