Primary age‐related tauopathy (PART) is a neuropathological term used to describe cases in which tau‐positive Alzheimer's disease‐like neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) are observed in the brain (Braak NFT stage ≤ IV) with minimal to absent β‐amyloid (Aβ) deposition.1, 2.
