PDCD1 and neoplasm: Indeed,when we investigated the effect of STR-V-53 (25 mg/kg,daily, i.p.)on the efficacy of anti-PD-1 antibody (10 mg/kg, 3 dosesper week, i.p.)in a syngeneic murine model, we found that combinationof STR-V-53 with anti-PD-1 antibody, relative to anti-PD-1antibody alone, more potently suppressed tumor growth, increased overallsurvival and caused remarkably durable responses in ∼ 40% ofthe mice (Figure 6a-c).Remarkably, we detected no significant overt toxicity from STR-V-53, alone or combined with a PD-1 antibody, during the treatment period(Figure 6d).
