FH and familial hyperaldosteronism: For example, in Fig. 8(e), we showed that equal levels of MT inhibition via NGVC at higher pre-FH MT levels led to a larger increase in blood flow; however, if all environmental factors in FH experiments remain constant, except for the IP in the main brain-feeding arteries, and similar neuronal activity is induced, it is uncertain whether NGVC would inhibit MT to the same extent at different pre-FH MT levels.
