VB12 pretreatment prevented the gross loss of pancreatic structures, ameliorated pancreatic histopathological changes (Figure 6B,C), and dramatically reduced the elevation of amylase levels in serum (Figure 6D), the formation of ductal tubular complexes (Figure 6E,F), CD3+ T lymphocyte infiltration (Figure 6E,G), the CD45+ immune cell (Figure S6C,E), and the activity of trypsin in the pancreatic tissues (Figure S8A) in mice with induced acute pancreatitis. Here, PTPRC is linked to acute pancreatitis.
