Recent publications [65, 66] have identified several immunotherapeutic mechanisms of action in the treatment of sarcomas, including checkpoint blockade (e.g. CTLA-4 inhibitors like Ipilimumab and PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors such as Nivolumab and Avelumab), oncolytic viruses, cancer-targeted antibodies, vaccine therapy, and adoptive cell therapies like TCR therapy. Here, CTLA4 is linked to sarcoma.
