JAM3 and Subdural hemorrhage: Extensive multifocal intraparenchymal and intraventricular hemorrhage evolving to white matter liquefaction, cystic encephalomalacia and subependymal calcification were common in JAM3 deficient patients [1, 2, 5, 7, 8] whereas subdural hemorrhage, parenchymal germinal matrix intraventricular and periventricular hemorrhage were reported in ESAM mutated patients.
