MYO16 and COVID-19: Using a proportional odds logistic regression model, we identified three new-onset autoantibodies associated with increased odds of higher severity of neuropsychiatric symptoms lasting for at least 2 months post-COVID-19, shown in Fig. 3c; anti-CALU (calumenin), anti-MYO16 (unconventional myosin-XVI), and anti-SNURF IgG (OR (95% CI) = 3.3 (1.4–7.4), 5.0 (1.1–24), 2.4 (1.1–5.1); p = 0.004, 0.04, 0.02, respectively).
