POLR2J4 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Among these, lncRNA POLR2J4 showed great significance in the prognosis of hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HBV–HCC).13 Additionally, POLR2J4 was part of a 4-lncRNA signature linked to the overall survival of cirrhotic HCC and associated with severity-related features of patients.14 This suggests that POLR2J4 could serve as a potential biomarker for HBV-induced HCC.
