NFKB1 and MALT lymphoma: Additionally, the most common translocation in primary hepatic MALT lymphoma is t(14;18)(q32;q21), which leads to overexpression of the MALT1 gene and activation of the NF-κB pathway, along with overexpression of BCL-2, an anti-apoptotic factor, and rearrangement of monoclonal IgH (10, 19).
