CALCA and metastatic neoplasm: Diagnosis of MTC in 2010/recurrent metastatic disease, diagnosed by elevated CEA and calcitonin in 2012, the patient positive uptake in the right adrenal gland and pancreatic head/a further CT scan revealed metastases in the right adrenal gland, the duodenal bulb, and two pancreatic lesions, which were later confirmed as metastases by endoscopic ultrasound and cytology.
