Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that high urine PDX (95% confidence interval 1.184–2.889), nephrin (95% confidence interval 1.029–2.001) and NGAL levels (95% confidence interval 1.001–1.009) were independent risk factors of incident microalbuminuria in PCOS patients after adjusting for potential confounders, including age and BMI (Table 4).
