ALB and neoplasm: Both fibrinogen ≥ 4.46 g/L (OR 2.93, 95% CI [1.53–5.63], p = 0.001) and albumin ≤ 39.9 g/L (OR 3.00, 95% CI [1.56–5.76], p = 0.001) were also associated with a lower rate of complete tumor resection after primary cytoreductive surgery (Table 1).
