We compared the changes in the expression levels of chemokine receptors during the colitis-to-colon cancer process (Figure 3A, Supplementary Data S3) and found that CXCR2 (Log2FC = 2.7 ± 1.2) and CCR1 (Log2FC = 1.36 ± 0.28) were significantly upregulated in all colitis databases, consistent with the expression trends of their ligands, CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and CCL3, 4. This evidence concerns the gene CCL3 and colonic neoplasm.
