We compared the changes in the expression levels of chemokine receptors during the colitis-to-colon cancer process (Figure 3A, Supplementary Data S3) and found that CXCR2 (Log2FC = 2.7 ± 1.2) and CCR1 (Log2FC = 1.36 ± 0.28) were significantly upregulated in all colitis databases, consistent with the expression trends of their ligands, CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and CCL3, 4. The gene discussed is CCR1; the disease is colonic neoplasm.
