JUP and Allergy: This study utilized a transcriptomic approach to profile allergen repertoires across eight fish species commonly implicated in fish allergies, which successfully identified and quantified 34 putative allergens, highlighting six highly expressed (PV, GAPDH, aldolase, enolase, creatine, and tropomyosin) and six relatively low-expressed (LDH, TPI, PK, PG, GPI, and alpha-actinin) allergens.
