Rivoeranib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits VEGFR2, which can effectively inhibit canine melanoma in vitro and in vivo; it inhibits proliferation and migration, induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, and down-regulates VEGFR2 phosphorylation and cyclin-D1 expression [43,44]. This evidence concerns the gene KDR and melanoma.
