We found that 25 genes exhibited differential expression between tumor and normal tissues, including NTE5, QPRT, ACMSD, BST1, NADSYN1, NAMPT, NAPRT, NMNAT1, CD38, NMNAT2, NMNAT3, PARP1, PARP10, PARP12, PARP14, PARP15, PARP16, PARP2, PARP3, PARP4, SARM1, SIRT2, SIRT4, SIRT6, and SIRT7 (Figure 2A). The gene discussed is NMNAT2; the disease is neoplasm.
