We found that 25 genes exhibited differential expression between tumor and normal tissues, including NTE5, QPRT, ACMSD, BST1, NADSYN1, NAMPT, NAPRT, NMNAT1, CD38, NMNAT2, NMNAT3, PARP1, PARP10, PARP12, PARP14, PARP15, PARP16, PARP2, PARP3, PARP4, SARM1, SIRT2, SIRT4, SIRT6, and SIRT7 (Figure 2A). The gene discussed is SIRT4; the disease is neoplasm.
