To properly correlate the hepatic modulation of EZH2 expression upon short/long HFD consumption, we established a well-described in vitro model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) using immortalized HUH-7 cells challenged with PA (24 h, 100 μM) [32] and EPZ-6438 (24 h, 3.3 μM). This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
