Using a binary backward logistic regression model (including age, sex, NIHSS on admission, hypertension, INR ≥ 1.05, LD ≥ 224 U/L, platelet count ≥ 196 G/L, ASAT, ALT, GGT, creatine kinase, hsCRP, creatinine), only LD and INR remained as significant, independent predictors of HT in the studied autopsied cohort (OR: 4.68, 95% CI: 1.57–14.00, p = 0.006 and OR: 6.23, 95% CI: 1.55–25.13, p = 0.010, respectively; Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hypertensive disorder.
